We really don’t know what caused such an epic meltdown but we do know where it took place, that would be Gastonia.
This video is quite long but is more or less insane throughout.
Basically, this woman behind the wheel does donuts in the middle of an intersection while police and the public watch.
It only ends when she physically can’t do donuts anymore because, well you will see what happens.
